You choose the calls Vikki makes and how it takes messages for you. These are the ground rules for working together.
Using Vikki
Vikki is a personal phone assistant for outgoing calls and optional incoming message-taking. You are responsible for each task you approve and for providing accurate recipient details. Use the service only for legitimate calls that you are authorized to request.
How calls work
Vikki identifies itself as an AI assistant calling on your behalf. Each task has one recipient and follows the instructions you approve. You can call now or schedule a one-time call. Vikki does not leave voicemail or retry a call automatically.
Incoming answering
Incoming answering requires activation, a verified number, supported carrier forwarding, and a successful setup test. Vikki follows your answering and scheduling instructions and keeps call details for your review. Acceptance depends on credits, limits, and a free conversation slot. Turning off requires removing the forwarding rules at your carrier.
Your instructions
Do not ask Vikki to impersonate you, expose sensitive information, bypass authentication, make payments, or take actions outside an approved task brief. Do not use Vikki for harassment, unsolicited bulk calling, unlawful activity, or emergency assistance.
Availability and outcomes
Calling depends on third-party networks and providers. A completed task records the outcome reported during the call; it does not guarantee the recipient will fulfil a reservation or other request. You should check details that matter before relying on them.
Supported destinations
The current release supports calls to Israeli phone numbers starting with +972, in Hebrew or English. Calling is subject to provider availability, your credit balance, and one live call at a time.
Plans and credits
Your chosen plan and any one-time top-ups determine your minute allowance. Connected time, including greetings and time on hold, consumes minutes. Plan minutes reset monthly and are used before top-ups. Top-up minutes do not expire. Prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Carrier forwarding charges are separate.
Stopping or leaving
You can cancel a pending task, end a live call, or choose whether to retry unsuccessful work. You can manage your personal memory and delete your Vikki data from Settings. Account deletion stops pending work associated with the account.
